The Elkia Foundation is a registered 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization started in July 2018. The Foundation started with care packages for homeless and has further evolved into a commitment to improving the quality of life of all individuals in low-income and developing communities.

Elkia Smith is a Senior Financial Analyst with over fifteen years’ experience working with companies such as DHL, Bacardi USA, Cable &Wireless Communications, and Harvard Maintenance. She is currently at one of the largest and fastest-growing privately owned providers of high-quality managed services in the United States.
Elkia has an excellent background in utilizing data from diverse financial and information systems to build tools and forecasting models that improve organizational decision making—demonstrated track record of providing comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. She possesses a keen understanding of financial planning, accounting, analytic, and a skilled communicator.
Jeff Joseph
Bachelor of Science- Electrical Engineering

MBA- International Business
Jeff Joseph is an Electrical Systems Engineer with over twenty years’ experience working with Northrop Grumman and Wartsila North America. He is experienced in writing programs, designing navigational and weapons systems for ships. He is currently working on developing and designing energy systems for cruise ships and fully capable of handling advanced technical issues and creating business solutions for any type of organization.
